Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item if:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product does not match the description provided.

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer.

  • Personalised or custom-made products.

  • Digital products or downloadable content.

Refund Process
Once your return is approved and the item is received in its original packaging and condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Example: If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, simply contact us with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund.
